Indiana State Fair officials say a relief fund for the victims of August's deadly stage collapse is distributing the last of its money.

State Fair Commission chairman Andre Lacy said the fund has paid about $564,000 to 28 people, and the remaining $400,000 will be paid out Monday on a pro-rated basis to people who've already received money.

Victims compensation expert Ken Feinberg acknowledged some people who were injured didn't get any money because they weren't admitted to a hospital. He said officials did the best they could with the limited money. The funds were raised from donations.

Fair officials said 28 people who sought some of the money didn't qualify.

Strong winds toppled stage rigging before a scheduled Aug. 13 concert by country duo Sugarland, killing seven people and injuring dozens more.

Victims were paid in the following amounts:

— $35,000 for death claims;

— $25,000 for those admitted and hospitalized for at least 10 days and nights;

— $7,500 for those admitted and hospitalized for 4-9 days and nights;

— $3,000 for those admitted and hospitalized for 1-3 nights and days.
