Fishers police have arrested two people who may be connected to a series of thefts at merchants in Hamilton and Marion counties. Rogar Simmons, 34, and Michelle Doehring, 53, both of Cleveland, face preliminary charges of theft after police say they were caught using fraudulent information to buy furniture at the Kittle’s Furniture distribution center. A possible accomplice who was driving their U-Haul truck fled the scene on foot. Police said more charges may be filed.
