A judge suspended an Indianapolis police officer's driver's license following his weekend drunken driving arrest, nearly three years after he was involved in a crash that killed a motorcyclist. An automatic not-guilty plea was entered Wednesday for David Bisard, 39, during an initial hearing on misdemeanor counts of drunken driving from Saturday's crash. Authorities say Bisard had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit to drive. The suspended officer is jailed without bond until a hearing next week.
