An Indianapolis man is accused by federal prosecutors of tricking teenage girls into sending him explicit photos via Facebook and then using the pictures to coerce the girls, some as young as 13, into having sex with him. U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett announced the charges against Austin Williams, 23, on Thursday. A 14-count criminal complaint against Williams includes charges of attempted sexual exploitation of a child, receipt of child pornography, coercion and enticement of a minor, and interstate communications and extortion.
