Duke Realty Corp., 600 E. 96th St., Suite 100, Indianapolis, 46240 (www.dukerealty.com), is a real estate investment trust
that develops, manages and owns industrial, office and retail properties across the Midwest and Southeast. For the quarter
ended Sept. 30, 2009, the company reported a net loss of $304.5 million, or $1.44 per diluted share, on revenue of $327.3
million. That compares with profit of $30.4 million, or 8 cents per diluted share, on revenue of $329.1 million during the
same period the previous year. The company’s shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol DRE.
