Noblesville-based Imavex LLC, a Web site developer and Internet marketing consultant, announced Tuesday morning that it has
named Brady Whitesel its CEO.

Whitesel brings more than 18 years of management, information technology and finance experience to Imavex. He most recently
served as chief financial officer of Indianapolis-based engineering firm The Schneider Corp.

An accounting graduate of Ball State University, Whitesel is a certified public accountant who also was CFO of Autobase Inc.
in Indianapolis. It is a designer of software used by the automotive retail industry that was acquired by Dominion Enterprises
of Norfolk, Va., in June 2007.

“[Whitesel] is exactly the right leader for Imavex,” company President Steve Burzynski said in a written statement.
“His strong execution skills and proven ability to increase revenue while strengthening the company’s infrastructure
will help shape Imavex as we continue to grow and maintain our position as a leading provider of interactive Web sites and
Internet marketing solutions.”

Imavex was founded in 2001 by Burzynski and Gerald Stanley, the company’s chief technology officer.

It has 25 employees and roughly 1,300 clients, including Troon Golf, St. Vincent Hospital and Carrier Corp.
