Bosma Enterprises begins providing services for seniors

Perhaps best known for providing work for the blind, Bosma Enterprises is reaching out to senior citizens who are losing vision.

Bosma is offering a mobile training unit, Vision Venture, which will provide in-home assessments and training for people who are adapting to vision loss.

For those who can’t leave home, Bosma has launched Bosma Connections, a call-in activity line that allows people to take part in trivia, brain teasers, education and storytelling.

The services are free and made available through private philanthropy, plus the federal Family and Social Services Administration.
