Subscribe NowA mother accused of causing the fire that killed her 7-year-old son entered a not-guilty plea Tuesday morning to charges of murder, arson, neglect of a dependent and cocaine possession. Jessica Rogers was charged in connection with the fatal Dec. 8 blaze that killed her son, Dreydon Webb, near Elder and West Washington streets in Indianapolis. She is accused of trying to manufacture meth at the time the fire broke out.
