A few hundred possible names for a theater restaurant

I recently spent a weekend catching the 2013 Humana Festival of New American Plays at Actors Theatre of Louisville and writing about it both for IBJ and for the pop-up newsroom www.engine31.org.

While there, fellow arts journalist Chris Arnott and I couldn't help but consider the theater's restaurant. Its name, Milkwood, comes from a Dylan Thomas play "Under Milkwood." The previous name for the restaurant was Intermezzo, which is the title of a play by the French writer Jean Giraudoux. Inspired, we thought we would create a Top Ten list of other possible theater-themed restaurants. As you'll see from the list below, we got carried away. Once you digest these, add your own.
