Filling in a key spot in new CEO Gary Ginstling's executive leadership team, the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra has hired Suzanne Sweeney as vice president of finance, a position recently vacated by Jacquelyn Groth. Groth, who served as CFO since 2010, also filled in as interim CEO until the hiring of Ginstling earlier this year, then announced her resignation.

Sweeney won't have to move her office supplies far. She comes to the ISO after serving as associate managing director for the Indiana Repertory Theatre. Armed with an Indiana University MBA, she previously worked with BKD LLP, Myers and Stauffer CPAs and Merchants National Bank.
