A Noblesville video production company plans to relocate to downtown Fishers.
The Fishers Redevelopment Commission approved a resolution Monday that would allow the city to sublease space in the Meyer Najem headquarters on Lantern Road to 12 Stars Media.
The details—including the price—of the sublease have not been finalized, according to economic development director Brandon Dickinson.
The RDC terminated the lease with Memory Ventures at the end of July. The media digitizing company moved to a bigger location at Concourse at Crosspoint, just to the west of Interstate 69.
Dickinson said the city advertised the available space and received one offer for it.
“They would be the exact type of fit that we’d want in downtown Fishers,” Dickinson said about 12 Stars Media.
Some of 12 Stars Media clients include IU Health, Eli Lilly and Co., Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.
Dickinson said he expects the lease to be finalized and signed this week, with the company moving in “as soon as the ink dries.”
It is expected to be a four-year lease.
The 40,000-square-foot Meyer Najem building has been full since it opened in January. The city subleases the 17,500-square-foot second floor. Other tenants include mobile app developer Bluebridge Digital and city employee health-clinic operator QuadMed.
