The boyfriend of a young mother found dead late Monday night in a south-side Indianapolis home has been arrested on a preliminary charge of murder. Cory Musick, 23, is being held in the death of 24-year-old Shanna Elmore. Elmore’s body was removed Tuesday morning from a house in the 1800 block of Singleton Road, about eight hours after police were called to the scene. Musick and Elmore, who have two children together, have been involved in numerous domestic disturbances since 2011.
