Mecum Auctions returns to the Indiana State Fairgrounds, May 17-22.
The flagship event of the Marengo, Ill.-based auction company is billed as the world’s largest collector car auction.
More than 2,000 cars, motorcycles and memorabilia are on the block, including a collection of Ram Air IV GTOs from the Zeb
Morris Estate.

The obligatory Shelby Cobra—an early CSX 2096—is also among the big-ticket items to roll in.
This year, Mecum will conduct a separate auction of memorabilia items, including 400 from the Mike Guarise Collection.
Last year’s Mecum auction at Indianapolis reported gross sales of $41.7 million and drew more than 30,000 people. The
event is broadcast on HD Theater.
