More than 50 not-for-profit organizations shared $6 million in grants from the Ball Brothers Foundation, including $1 million to upgrade athletic facilities at Ball State University.

The Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce’s Franklin Initiative received $5,000 from the Old National Bank Foundation to support its Graduation Coach Program.

The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation received a $15,000 grant from the TCU Foundation for continued support of library’s job training centers.

In Recognition
Titus Schleyer has been chosen as the first Clem McDonald Professor of Biomedical Informatics at the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Regenstrief Institute. The endowed chair honors Dr. Clement McDonald, Distinguished Professor Emeritus at IU and the former director of the Regenstrief Institute.

Steven Beering, David Hochoy, George Rapp and Peggy Rapp have been honored as Indiana Living Legends by the Indiana Historical Society.•
