this month. Instead, Matthew Sims was ticketed for failing to do a post-route inspection, prosecutors say. He could face a
fine up to $500. On Jan. 5, Sims returned to the bus depot with an 8-year-old girl asleep in the back. She woke up in freezing
temperatures and walked to a nearby drugstore for help. Sims was fired over the incident.
