Farmers Bank opening two branches in Hamilton County

July 7, 2010

The Farmers Bank has announced it will open two branches in Hamilton County this fall.

The Frankfort-based bank said the branches will be at 7126 E. 116th Street in Fishers and at 16940 Clover Road in Noblesville. Both locations are former Donato’s Pizza restaurants that closed earlier this year.

The branches are part of the bank’s plans to expand its presence in Hamilton County, President and CEO Karen I. Miller said in a prepared statement. Its only other branch in the county is in Sheridan.

Farmers Bank also has three locations in Frankfort, one in Indianapolis on the northwest side, one in Lebanon, one in Kirklin, one in Michigantown and one in Mulberry.

Founded in 1876, the bank has $430 million in assets.
