The Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force arrested four people Wednesday and dismantled a suspected methamphetamine manufacturing operation in Fishers. The arrests come as part of a two-month long investigation. The bust happened in a barn behind a house in the 13700 block of Howe Road. Officials recovered manufacturing equipment, firearms and surveillance equipment as well as some of the drug. Timothy Phipps, 36; Kristine Curtner, 43; Misty Knutson, 37; and David Knutson, 37, face charges.
