Tech firm Intact Integrated Services has moved its North American headquarters to Carmel, where it plans to add as many as 100 jobs by 2015, state economic development officials announced Wednesday morning.

Intact, which relocated from suburban Cincinnati, is investing an undisclosed sum in its office space and equipment. Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered the company up to $1.75 million in performance-based tax credits and as much as $25,000 in training grants based on the job-creation plans. Carmel will consider additional property tax abatement.

The company develops and provides managed IT services to the information and communication technology industry—including network development, maintenance and support services for Cisco products.

A subsidiary of South Africa-based Datatec Limited, Intact entered the U.S. market in January 2010 when it acquired Millennium Technology Services in Mason, Ohio. The firm has offices in the UK, Germany, Singapore and the United States.

Intact plans to begin hiring network engineers and project consultants immediately as facility upgrades are completed. The company opened the Carmel office in November.
