The Noblesville law firm of Church Church Hittle & Antrim has acquired Indianapolis-based consulting firms Educational Services Co. and Governmental Consulting Services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The consulting firms are operated by Doug Cassman and have four full-time employees and contract with about 40 consultants who are either retired school administrators or local government finance officials. Both firms will retain existing management and staff, including Cassman, and will maintain their north-side offices at 3535 E. 96th St.

Founded in 1989, ESC has provided consulting services to about 250 of the 293 school corporations in Indiana. GCS launched in 2006 and provides local government officials a range of services, including budget training, employee benefits and developing capital project plans.

Church Church Hittle & Antrim has 26 lawyers in Noblesville, Fishers, Tipton and Washington, D.C.
