The Indiana Attorney General's Office says home services provider Mister Quik has agreed to pay $50,000 to settle consumer complaints against the company.
Under the agreement, the Indianapolis-based company is making refunds to consumers who filed complaints. It also will change policies to help protect customers.
Last year, the state sued Mister Quik, alleging it misrepresented the urgency of repairs and charged unusually high prices.
Company president Brad Huff said in a written statement that Mister Quik is pleased to resolve the complaints.
