Austin Alcala, 18, of McCordsville faces charges of identity theft, unlawful access to a protected computer network and conspiracy, according to The Indianapolis Star.
A probable cause affidavit says Alcala used Skype, AOL Instant Messenger and TeamViewer to obtain log-in credentials, personal data, authentication keys and other confidential information and copyrighted material being prepared for commercial distribution from Zombie Studios and Microsoft.
Two members of the international ring pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges Tuesday in Delaware.
Prosecutors say the defendants stole more than $100 million in intellectual property and other proprietary data.
It was not immediately clear Friday whether Alcala had an attorney.
