Tim Kopp, former ExactTarget chief marketing officer, has joined the board of fast-growing health IT firm hc1.com.

Kopp’s move comes on the heels of hc1.com’s reporting that new customers more than tripled from 2013 to 2014 and that subscription revenue has grown for 15 consecutive quarters. Last May, when the company had 93 employees, it announced plans to add 173 more by 2019.

Kopp, who left ExactTarget in December 2013, has been heavily involved in advising and investing since then.

Indianapolis-based hc1.com produces software to help health care officials manage medical records, bills, operations, productivity and more. Its platform is used at more than 600 sites in five countries, and its clients include Cleveland Clinic, National Medical Services and Ameripath.
