F.C. Tucker Co. has entered into an agreement with Shoopman Home Building Group in which 21 Tucker real estate agents will
staff model homes in seven communities Shoopman is developing.

Jim Litten, president of Tucker’s Residential Real Estate Services Division, described the arrangement as "one-stop"
shopping
for prospective home buyers.

Tucker agents will begin staffing model homes in some of the developments starting March 7. They ultimately will be in the
Abney Glen, Brookfield Place, Cass Estates, Lawrence Woods, Monarch Springs, Ridge
at Hayden Run and Sanctuary communities.

Shoopman Home Building is operated by Paul Shoopman, who began building homes in 1971. He built Dura Builders Inc. into the
city’s fifth-largest home builder before selling it to Los Angeles-based KB Home in 2004.
