I have four adult children—three girls and a boy—and I insisted they not leave the household without a college degree. Proudly, all four have at least a bachelor’s degree from either Purdue, Indiana or Ball State universities. A son-in-law is a high school teacher in Indianapolis, and he is one who is making a difference. If only there were more teachers like him to help and support systems for the schools as a whole.
