Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP announced Thursday that the law firm has named Tobin McClamroch as its sole managing partner.

McClamroch had shared the title of co-chairman with Philip D. Scott since Bingham McHale LLP merged in January 2010 with Louisville-based Greenebaum Doll McDonald LLP to form the new firm.

McClamroch is a former parliamentarian to the Indiana House of Representatives and former majority leader of the Indianapolis City-County Council.

The firm also has named new regional managing partners. In Indianapolis, firm veteran Hans Steck replaces Mary Solada.

With 106 local lawyers, Bingham Greenebaum Doll is the city’s fifth-largest law firm, according to IBJ statistics.

Besides Indianapolis and Louisville, the firm has offices in Evansville, Jasper and Vincennes, in addition to Cincinnati, and Lexington and Frankfort in Kentucky.
