‘Spotlight’ named Best Picture by Indiana Film Journalists Association

I'm still a few days away from finalizing my list of the top films of 2015 and so you won't see my list until the Dec. 21 IBJ.

And, no, I haven't seen the new Star Wars film yet.

However, I am a proud member of the Indiana Film Journalists Association, a gang that met on Dec. 12 to debate, discuss, and battle to come up with a collective list of the best of the year.

And, no, no one else in the group has seen the Star Wars film yet, either, although we do get a look at many of the films that have yet to be released here.

Here's what the collective came up with:
