IBJ Movie Night: 'American Teen'

August 4, 2008
"American Teen" won the Best Director/Documentary award at the Sundance Film Festival.

Shot in Warsaw, Indiana, it follows a group of teens through senior year of high school. Rolling Stone's critic said, "If 'The Hills' went back to high school and developed wit, perception and a conscience, it might play something like Nanette Burstein's wallop of a doc."

"American Teen" is also the latest IBJ Night at the Movies.

Want to join us for this sneak preview? Just tell me what day and time my A&E preview airs on Fox 59 (hint: you can find the answer at www.ibj.com/arts). Be one of the first to drop me an e-mail with the answer to lharry@ibj.com and you'll get a pair of tickets. Supplies are limited, so act quickly.

The screening is Thursday, Aug. 14, at 7:30 at Keystone Art Cinemas. As always, a ticket doesn't guarantee a seat so you'll need to arrive early.
