A section of the planned retail development bordering Westfield’s Grand Park Sports Complex is starting to find tenants.

Stacked Pickle, which already operates in Carmel and Fishers, recently signed a lease at the Monon Marketplace on the corner of U.S. 31 and Ind. 32, for 4,500 square feet of indoor space and 500 square feet of outdoor seating.

The menu features burgers, chicken wings, fish tacos and a full bar.

“The city has really done a great job in developing Grand Park and we are excited to give the families that attend the park another dining option,” Stacked Pickle owner and former Indianapolis Colts player Gary Brackett said in a press release.

Titus Bakery is the other recently confirmed tenant for the Monon Marketplace, which includes two buildings totaling about 21,000 square feet.

It will be the Lebanon bakery’s second location. The store will be similar to the original offering a variety of donuts, pastries, pies, cakes and other baked goods. Boar’s Head deli meats and cheeses and sandwiches made on the bakery’s hoagie rolls will also be sold.

Greenwalt Development is handling the retail leases for the Monon Marketplace.

Also expanding to Westfield is Hot Box Pizza. The timing for the opening is unknown, but the pizza place will take over space that formerly housed Westfield Eye Associates at Westfield Crossing on Ind. 32.

The Indianapolis chain pizza joint’s website has the Westfield location listed as “coming soon,” and there’s a banner hanging outside the future storefront between O’Reilly Auto Parts and Yogo Passion.

Other Hot Box locations include Fishers, Noblesville and two in Carmel.
