Healthiest Employers LLC, a Fishers-based firm that collects and measures corporate health data, said Tuesday that it would spend $1 million to lease and equip 4,000 square feet of office space. The expansion, which includes adding as many as 90 positions, is expected to conclude early next year.

The company, based at 10100 Lantern Road, is insourcing from Ohio development of its Springbuk analytics software. The software analyzes medical claims and biometric and population health data to help employers predict expanses, and cut health care costs, said the Indiana Economic Development Corp., which offered as much as $1.3 million in conditional tax credits and $75,000 in training grants based on the number of jobs it creates.

Healthiest Employers was founded in 2009. It conducts Healthiest Employer Award events in more than 45 cities.

The company said it is already hiring for positions in software development, business development and project management.
