Indianapolis-based electronics retailer HHGregg Inc. announced the promotions of three executives this morning, including
the appointment of a new chief financial officer.

Jeremy J. Aguilar becomes the permanent CFO after serving
on an interim basis since March. He joined the company in 2005 and played a key role in taking HHGregg public in 2007, the
company said.

Also, Gregg W. Throgmartin was promoted to chief operating officer and Michael G. Larimer to chief
merchandising officer.

Throgmartin joined the company in 2001 and had been senior vice president of store operations,
overseeing more than 65 new store openings, the company said. He takes over a position previously filled by Dennis May, who
was promoted to president and CEO in August.

Larimer started with HHGregg in 1999 and most recently was vice
president of electronics merchandising.

“These individuals have been integral to our success and these
title changes only solidify their continuing contribution to the leadership of this organization,” May said in a prepared
statement. HHGregg operates 118 stores in nine states, mostly in the Midwest and South.
