Cindy Peters has joined Bedel Financial Consulting Inc. as operations specialist and investment assistant.

Dr. Gaylen M. Kelton has been named clinical professor and founding program director of the Indiana University Master of Physician Assistant Studies program, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, at IUPUI.

Michael Myers has been named smoking cessation coordinator for St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers.

Dean Padgett has been named senior client manager at Apex Benefits Group.

Stephanie N. Russo has joined Baker & Daniels LLP as a member of the firm’s business litigation group. Shawna Meyer Eikenberry and Scott C. Burns have been promoted to counsel.

Alexis Sumner has joined Bose McKinney & Evans LLP as an associate in the estate and wealth transfer planning groups.

Robin Babbitt, Bingham McHale, has been named president of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. Kelly Scanlan and David Duncan, Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, have been named directors.
