Nearly three quarters of Indiana’s private hangars are at 90% capacity or greater and many Hoosier airports have waiting lists for hangar space of several years or more.
The real estate investment trust bettered Wall Street expectations in 2025, thanks to increases in the rent it charges retailers and the increasing numbers of shoppers and higher sales figures across its 254 properties.
The company — which has five stores in Indiana — noted that it will conduct a court-supervised sales process, and if a sale can’t be executed, it will begin a wind-down of its U.S. and Canadian operations.
