Fishers collection agency expanding, adding 140 jobs

March 22, 2012

Fishers-based DECA Financial Services LLC, a nationally licenses collection agency, announced Thursday morning that it plans to add 140 jobs by 2015 as part of a $2.6 million expansion.

The company said the investment will be used to purchase and equip a vacant building on Visionary Way north of Interstate 69 between State Road 37 and Lantern Road in Fishers.

Founded in 2010, DECA plans to add the jobs during the next three years to reach a total of 270. The company began hiring for administrative, human resources and finance positions last summer.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said it will provide DECA up to $2.5 million in performance-based tax credits and up to $45,000 in training grants based on the company’s job-creation plans. The town of Fishers has approved additional property-tax abatements.

DECA collects account receivables for government agencies and corporations.
