The owner of an Indianapolis auto-repair shop has been arrested and preliminary charged with arson. Authorities say James Lee Jenkins, 30, set his own business on fire Sept. 12. The building housing Jimbo’s Complete Auto Repair, 2955 Kentucky Ave., sustained heavy smoke, water and fire damage. Investigators say Jenkins may have had an accomplice.
