Associated X-Ray Services announced Tuesday that it has relocated its corporate headquarters from South Bend to Indianapolis and also unveiled a new name, AXS Imaging.

AXS provides medical imaging products to health care facilities. Its new home is located at 10401 N. Meridian St. The South Bend office will continue to serve as the company’s service support center.

Two executives of AXS Imaging, the CEO and chief operating officer, have moved to Indianapolis to staff the headquarters. The company has a total of 21 employees.

AXS expects to grow its revenue of $15.8 million in 2009 to $19 million this year by exploring acquisitions and new territories, the company said. On Jan. 1, Bellevue, Wash.-based Merge Cad named AXS its exclusive distributor for a six-state territory in the Midwest.
