Is it high time Indiana rethinks its pot laws?

Attitudes about the legality of marijuana use are loosening in some states. Voters in Washington and Colorado approved measures in November that allowed limited recreational use. What should happen in Indiana?

Legalize it, which means lawfully growing, selling and using pot -- and then regulate and tax it for safety and budget revenue. [799 votes] (87%)
Decriminalize it, which means softening the punishment for use, to reduce the cost to the legal system and ease too-harsh sentences. [80 votes] (9%)
