Local human service organizations that deliver programs relating to one or more of the 18 community outcomes identified by United Way of Central Indiana, whether or not the agencies are affiliated, can apply to United Way for grants up to $50,000 to be funded with support from the Ruth Lilly Philanthropic Foundation. Completed forms are due to UWCI by 5 p.m. on Nov. 15. No fax or emails will be accepted. Applicants can download the application from UWCI’s website, http://uwci.org/index.asp?p=123. Applicants must be located in the six-county region served by UWCI: Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Marion and Morgan counties.
