A first-time restaurateur is planning to open a bar and lounge on the first floor of the new 3Mass building downtown.
Owner Trevor Belden, a partner at Baker & Daniels, said he’s developing a “low-key, comfortable
place to grab a drink and a bite and listen to music.”

comfortable chairs and no TVs.
The 70-seat establishment, set to open in March, is taking one of three first-floor
tenant spaces for 3Mass, which is on Massachusetts Avenue just east of Delaware Street.
