Indianapolis police have identified two men shot to death on the far east side Tuesday night. Dominique Jenkins, 21, and
Charles Nelson, 25, were found with gunshot wounds about 6:30 p.m. outside an apartment in the 4000 block of Brentwood Drive
near East 42nd Street and North Post Road. Jenkins died at the scene and Nelson died at the hospital. Police are investigating.
