Joe Everhart, a veteran real estate broker who specializes in downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, has launched his own brokerage, Everhart Studio.
EverhartEverhart, who had spent 20 years at the Sycamore Group, opened his office at 716 Massachusetts Ave.
“It was just time,” he said in a statement. “We were so excited to be associated with the rapid growth of Sycamore Group, but we felt we needed our own identity.”
Everhart has logged an eye-popping $250 million in total career sales. His listings and showings span across the city from the Irvington and Garfield Park neighborhoods through Washington Township up to 96th Street and as far as Geist.
