Where are the patrons and employees going to park? Patrons for the other businesses in old town Whitestown use the vacant lot for parking. I appreciate redeveloping an old building but the roads in the area are already getting maxed out with the single family home and apartment traffic.
What is the plan to improve the traffic flow before more businesses and homes come to the area?
Hmm, prefab construction? Kind of a low bar. Don’t mean to dump on the project, but there’s already more than enough prefab and ho-hum design and construction around here. I would think in a developing, once-rural community they’d demand better. Oh well.
My thoughts exactly David. Rendering looks just like an auto shop with corrugated metal
siding, not a very inviting look for food, drink and fun.
Looks great! I’ll take this kind of redevelopment in downtown Whitestown. Great for the city!
