Maurer’s employee column was spot-on

Mickey Maurer’s commentary “First, choose the right people,” was clearly spot-on. Without a doubt, it is people that will either make or break you. Their success will absolutely determine yours. As my late father advised me time and time again, it’s people that fail, not the business. The most important component of any enterprise are the individuals, regardless of any other factors or external environments.

I am looking forward to reading Mickey’s next columns on these “essential principles of entrepreneurship,” as he is the expert on this subject matter, which is often overlooked and unrecognized by organizations today.
