Lansing, Mich.-based Dewpoint Inc., an information technology consulting firm, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Moongate
Technologies in Indianapolis.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dewpoint has $35 million in annual revenue and 60 employees, including 12 at its Carmel location. Its purchase of Moongate,
which has seven employees, should allow the company to expand its footprint in Indiana, a spokeswoman for Dewpoint said.

Moongate was founded in 2004 by Julie Kennedy and is located in the Stutz Business Center on West 10th Street. Upon completion
of the acquisition, the company will become part of Dewpoint and will relocate to Dewpoint’s Carmel office on Executive
Drive.

Both companies provide consulting services that include the design and implementation of information technology solutions.
