of lumber and building supplies.
Edward Hines Lumber Co. in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., announced Monday that its
sale to Green Bay, Wis.-based US LBM Holdings LLC should be complete on March 17.

US LBM will have about 850 employees and will rank as the 10th-largest distributor of lumber and building materials
in the nation, according to ProSales 100.
“We are excited to have Hines Lumber and Hall & House
