Pizza restaurants in works; wine shop heading to Fishers

Hot Box Pizza plans to open a downtown location in the Harness Factory Lofts building. The locally based pizza chain filed plans to take 1,400 square feet in the building at 30 E. Georgia St.

WineTyme, a new local shop selling wines, craft beers and gourmet food, is coming to Fishers. Managing Partner Jonathan Sadler plans to open in a 1,700-square-foot building along Olio Road just north of 116th Street.

And Tony Sacco’s Coal Oven Pizza, a Florida favorite, is coming to the Indianapolis area. Local franchisee Pizza Revolution Inc. has filed plans to open the first of two area locations in Carmel’s Clay Terrace, near Kona Grill.
