  1. This could be a positive development IF it’s done well and not on the cheap, which is so often the outcome. Hopefully Kite will continue to listen to the neighbors regarding exterior appearance and building materials…as was done with the MK south of Kessler Blvd on College Ave. They would also be smart to offer at least some apartments with two bedrooms plus optional 3rd bedroom/den. Not everyone want today’s very large TV’s to be in the living room, or would put a smaller TV in the “den” so two people could watch different channels at the same time. Frankly the area is really getting saturated with the studio, one, and two bedroom units found at the majority of new apt. construction. To be a real success some meaningful balcony’s should also be available.

  2. I wouldn’t trust Dan Parker and the Department of Public Works any farther than I could throw them. Just go to their new City web site and see how difficult, if not impossible they have made it to contact them. The City is becoming more secluded from public contact and scrutiniy. Look at 38th street between The Art Musuem and Fall Creek. Millions spent on a beautiful median, now in complete disrepair. A disgrace and waste of taxpayer money.
