Sales:

Cityscape Residential bought 9.65 acres of land at 17901 River Road, Noblesville. The seller, JL Capital One LLC, represented itself, and the buyer was represented by Ross Reller of Bradley Company.

White Investment Group purchased a 16,410-square-foot building at 8504 State Road 9, Pendleton. The buyer represented itself. The seller, RenCon Services, Inc., was represented by Abigail Sievers of Cushman & Wakefield.

WKL America Ltd bought a 4,077-square-foot office building on 0.2 acres at 3656 Washington Blvd. The buyer was represented by Jason Basso of IRIS Realty. The seller, Daley & Daley LLC, was represented by Mitch Doner of Bradley Company.

Leases:

Paradise Shaved Ice leased 1,200 square feet of retail space within Fishers Kroger Center at 7246 C Fishers Crossing Drive, Fishers. The landlord, Vista Investors LLC, was represented by Paul Rogozinski of Veritas Realty. The tenant represented itself.

UPS Store renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space within Murphy’s Landing at 1350 W. Southport Road. The landlord, Bluff & Southport Partners LLC, was represented by Seth Biggerstaff and Amy Tharp of Veritas Realty. The tenant represented itself.

Paxson & Company leased 1,400 square feet of retail space within Center Grove Center at 2550 South State Road 135, Suite 104, Greenwood. The landlord, Stones Crossing Development LLC, was represented by Paul Rogozinski of Veritas Realty. The tenant represented itself.

Hope Chiropractic leased 1,600 square feet of retail space within West Carmel Shoppes at 4335 106th Street, Suite 1000, Carmel. The landlord, Lawndale Plaza LLC, was represented by Paul Rogozinski of Veritas Realty. The tenant was represented by Jeff Hallberg of Lee & Associates.

Domino’s Pizza leased 1,855 square feet of retail space within Avalon Crossing, 7002 Lake Plaza Dr. The tenant was represented by Amy Tharp of Veritas Realty. The landlord, Landmark Properties Inc., was represented by Beau Pahud of Landmark Properties Inc.

Starbucks leased 2,325 square feet of retail space at 691 E. Main St., Danville. The tenant was represented by Shannon Hunt and Kyle Hughes of Veritas Realty. The landlord, Tharp Investments Inc., was represented by Don Tharp of Tharp Investments.

Foundations Studio leased 2,400 square feet at 1700 E. 86th St. The tenant was represented by Kaley Eakle of JLL, and the landlord, Northview Mall Partners LLC, represented itself.

Athletico Physical Therapy leased 2,521 square feet at 640 Birk Road, Martinsville. The tenant was represented by Kaley Eakle of JLL, and the landlord, Martinsville Retail Partners LLC, was represented by Jamison Downs and Seth Biggerstaff of Veritas Realty.

Chicken Salad Chick leased 2,600 square feet of retail space within The Yard at Fishers District, 11545 Ikea Way, Fishers. The tenant was represented by Andrew Demaree and Jamison Downs of Veritas Realty. The landlord, TTRG Fishers District LLC, was represented by Brandon Borah of Thompson Thrift.

Chicken Salad Chick leased 2,729 square feet of retail space within Pyramid Place, 3450 W. 86th St. The tenant was represented by Andrew Demaree and Jamison Downs of Veritas Realty. The landlord, Maplecrest Industrial LLC, was represented by Andrew McDonald of Ziff Properties.

Marathon Health leased 3,005 square feet of space at The Olivia on Main, 1111 W. Main St., Carmel. The tenant was represented by Kaley Eakle and Matt Waggoner of JLL, and the landlord, KG Main LLC, was represented by Gary Perel of ALO Property Group.

Construction:

Kort Builders completed a 13,200-square-foot retail/fitness space for Ice Barn Westfield Hockey Facility at 17341 Westfield Park Road, Westfield.

Kort Builders completed a 20,000-square-foot office space for Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. at 530 E. Ohio St.

Kort Builders completed a 2,800-square-foot wellness space for AlignLife Chiropractic & Natural Health Center at 10298 E. 96th St., Fishers.

Rates:

The average rate for 30-year mortgages dropped from 3.18% to 3.13% in the week ended April 8, according to FreddieMac. The rate for 15-year mortgages fell from 2.45% to 2.42%.
