Subscribe NowJudge John Surbeck dismissed a juror in suspended cop David Bisard's trial on Monday for looking up information about blood-alcohol tests on the Internet. Two other jurors had previously been excused, leaving no alternates in the reckless homicide trial. If one more juror is dismissed, a mistrial would be declared. Bisard’s patrol car crashed into two motorcycles stopped at an Indianapolis traffic light in August 2010, killing a man and seriously injuring two other people. Prosecutors say Bisard was intoxicated.
