  1. Jim is so on point. My experience has been much the same at many brick and mortar businesses. I thought the pandemic would open the eyes of employees at some of these businesses. If they are to busy or irritated to assist me as a customer, I can always go elsewhere or shop online. We all witnessed many businesses closing down permanently and sadly, some of the poor customer service may be why.
