  1. Live Nation owns the venues, sells the tickets, promotes the shows on the radio stations they own, and gives preferential treatment to the artists who play ball with them. If that isn’t a monopoly, I don’t know what a monopoly is.

  2. How can they say they are not a monopoly. Where is their competition? About time they are being looked into. Why did it take so long compared to other industries.

  3. Just try to file a dispute with this monopoly on a policy that allows you to buy re-sell tickets but doesn’t allow you to sell them… then after 30 days they deny the dispute and suspended my account for “fraud activity” … customer service threatens me if I dispute anything else again, they will close my account permanently. They’re not worried about me buying tickets elsewhere!!!
